Cecilia Medina (Maiden name Lopez). Age 63. Passed away comfortably with her two daughters and husband by her side on Monday, March 22, 2021. Cecilia battled an illness for over 20 years with the last 5 months being the toughest of the battles. She was a fighter with the strength of a warrior – an inspiration to so many who loved her. One of her frequent sayings was “Where there’s a will, there’s a way” – she most definitely had the WILL to live and she gave it her all to find a WAY to do so. Her biggest motivator was the unconditional love she had for her husband, daughters and grandson.
Aside from dedicating her life to her daughters and grandson, Cecilia was a woman of great faith. Her prayers were powerful, and she trusted deeply in God. Her motherly advice would typically be trust in God’s plan. She also had many hobbies including scrapbooking, crafts, handmade gifts and photography. She was also very active on social media where she kept in touch with family and friends and made new friends.
