Age 90. At rest Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at Salem Village with her family by her side. Survived by one son Edward (Caryn) Fals; four grandchildren Joseph (Kirstie), Aaron, Christopher (Colleen) and Renee Fals; one sister Marie (Late Louis) Carugati; four great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband Joseph Fals; her parents John and Julia (Nee Wininarski) Gajczak; two brothers Frank and John Gajczak and two sisters Genevieve (Late Theodore) Baprawski Rose (George) Renninger. Born in Joliet and resided there all her life. Lifelong member of St. Thaddeus Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers family requests mass intentions or donations to a Catholic Charity in Catherine"s name would be appreciated.
From where services will be held Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 9:30 am to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-8 PM.
