. Caroline was talented in so many aspects of her life. She was an amazing cook who delighted us with her culinary creations. Every get-together we were treated to a new dish and there was plenty of oohs and aahs expressed by her creations. Caroline was blessed with a beautiful voice. She would always sing a few songs at a family gathering with her favorites being "Grandpa" and "The Rose". Her voice in song brought a gentle soothing to our souls. She exceled in her High School choir as well as the Madrigals. She continued to fill our lives with her beautiful love of music. Her children and grandchildren were the deepest loves of her life. She was so enamored and amazed with the many talents they all possessed. She took great delight in making funny videos with her grandchildren at holiday parties. Encouraging and inspiring her children to live life to fullest while going after their dreams. She took immense pride that her daughter and son-in-law were featured in National Geographic for their business contributions to their community in Naknek, Alaska during the pandemic. She was bursting with joy when both of her sons purchased beautiful homes for their families. Caroline was always encouraging and emphasizing that family is the most important thing in life and to nurture family relationships. Most importantly Caroline was a loving & devoted mother. Raising her children as a single mother and providing absolute best she could despite the many challenges that existed. She was able to travel and enjoy her children's company in her travels to the salt flats of Galway Ireland, Tuna fishing off the shores of Kauai, Hawaii, and beach combing the shores of Bristol Bay, Alaska for agats and gold. The road trips to Nashville, Las Vegas, California, Wisconsin, as well as family reunions to the East coast were truly memories to treasure. She loved the ocean and requested her final resting place to be held in its vast and cleansing embrace. Caroline, you loved fiercely and deeply, and we take comfort in knowing that you are now at peace surrounded by the love and embrace of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Though your days here were brief, your spirit was alive, awake, and complete. You will be so deeply missed.
