Beverly Ann (Nichols) Bebar

Beverly Ann (Ragusa) Bebar (nee Nichols), age 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2017.
She was the loving mother of Linda Ragusa (John) Bowers, Marc (Debbie) Ragusa, Lori Ragusa (Paul) Maticic, Carrie Ragusa (Bob) Baldacci, John Ragusa, Stacie Bebar (Cody) Somers, and Jane Bebar (Cory) Pupkiewicz.
Beverly is survived by her children, her 16 grandchildren: Candace (Brian) Thomas, Emily (Miklos) Simon, James (Catanya) Matesevac Jr, Nicholas (Tara) Bowers, Lauren (Marcus) Jameson, Catherine Maticic, Claire Maticic, Meg (Scott) Talty, Anne (Dane) Fraher, Elaine, Holly and Evan Baldacci, Josh Ragusa, Carley and Keegan Somers, and Chase Pupkiewicz, and her 10 great grandchildren: Bennett and Graham Thomas, Aurora and Zayd Matesevac, Reese and Dillon Ragusa, Alaina Talty, Violet and Ivan Fraher, and Cadence Shouse.
Her siblings, Bonnie (late Richard) Butler, Joyce Nichols, Robert (Kay) Nichols and Joseph (Terri) Nichols, numerous nieces, nephews and her beloved dog, Katie also survive.
Preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Catherine (nee Ross) Nichols and her beloved dog, Sammi Jo.
A long-time resident of Joliet, Beverly moved to and retired in Florida where she could spend her days in the warm weather she loved so much. We will miss her wit, her intelligence, her laughter, her courage, and her love of music and literature.
