Betty L. Damon (nee Raether)

Age 77 At rest Tuesday December 11, 2007 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home.

Loving Mother of Alan (late Amy) Damon, Grant Damon, and Ann (Bernie) Hastings. Dearest grandmother of Claire Damon, sister Gernivier (late Arthur) Cholke. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her husband Dale C. Damon, parents Hugh B. and Pearl Mae (nee Hancock) Raether, two brothers Gerald and Carroll Raether.

Betty was born in Scobey, Montana and resided in Joliet since 1972. Retired in 1991 from Vandenberg Foods after 15 years of service. Member of Stone City ladies Auxiliary.

At Betty"s request cremation rites were accorded. A special thanks to Dr. Maria Sosenko, Dr. Greg Cohan and The Staff at Joliet Hospice Home for all of their care and support.

Private Funeral Services were held Monday December 17, 2007 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery
