Age 84, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at Loyola Hospital, Maywood, after an illness of one month. Born in Joliet, February 18, 1923.
Preceded in death by her beloved parents, Joseph and Mary (nee Stefanich) Klepec; her sister, Marie; and her brother, Joseph A.
Survived by two sisters, Sister Elizabeth Marie (Dorothy) Klepec, O. S. F., of Kankakee; and Dolores A. (Lorrie) Klepec of Joliet; and her brother, Father George F. Klepec of St. Paul the Apostle Church, Joliet. Also survived by many dear cousins, including Beatrice (Papesh) Holmes; Mary F. (Wilhelmi) Colaric and daughter, Katelyn; Trudie (Wilhelmi) Bajt; Barbara (Wilhelmi) Mikula and son, Edward; also four godchildren, Trudie (Wilhelmi) Bajt; Debbie (Zelko) Hank; Melissa (Witt) Wallace and Beatrice (Papesh) Holmes.
Lifetime member of St. Joseph Church of Joliet. Graduate of St. Joseph School and Joliet Township High School (Class of 1940). Member of Rosarians (CCW), Altar and Rosary Society and St. Joseph Senior Parishioners; St. Cecilia Society, HFS; St. Genevieve Society, KSKJ; and Slovenian Women's Union. Retired from Commonwealth Edison Co. after 43 years as executive secretary.

From where services will be held on Monday, June 4, 2007 at 10:30 AM to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3-7 PM.
