Audrey A. Moak

Moak, Audrey A. nee (Semeniuk) beloved wife of the late Wayne C. Moak at age 80 passed away Thursday January 20, 2022 at Northwestern Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights, IL.

Preceded in death by her husband Wayne C. Moak, Parents Roman and Lillian Semeniuk, Granddaughter Katelyn Moak, and Son Curtis W. Moak

Living in Orland Park since 2001, she was a Graduate of Lindbloom HS in 1959 on the South Side of Chicago. Audrey was a 25 year retiree of St James Hospital in Olympia Fields, Il.

She is survived by her loving children Collene (Salvador) Mendoza, Collette Moak, and Carl Moak. Grandchildren Ramon (Neeta) Escalante, Stephanie Moak, Brianna (Anthony) Patrizi. And 5 Great grandchildren Miah, Anthony Jr, Venice, Barat Luca, and Blaire Morgan.

Audrey loved and cherished her family and spent many hours with her children’s sports and activities and later with her grandchildren’s activities and camping. Her favorite past time was Starved Rock State Park, and traveling around the USA in a van with our Father. On August 15, 2021 Audrey had celebrated her 80th Birthday with her family, and it was the highlight of her year.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road in Joliet. The funeral will then drive in procession to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood for a 1:30 p.m. funeral service.
