Age 91. At rest Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at Crestwood Care Center in Crestwood, Illinois. Survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Jennie F. (nee Zupancic) Liker; loving father of Anthony H. (Maureen) Liker, Darlene M. Campbell, and Melody A. (Jim) St. Germain; dearest grandfather of six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Stephanie (late Raymond) Baldigo; a sister-in-law, Clara (late Ikey) Liker. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Antonia (nee Bajt) Liker; a son, Donald R. Liker; his sisters, Kathryn Liker, Mary (Walter) Heintz, Annette (Merle) Morris, Joann Gordon, Annette (in infancy); three brothers, Ikey and Frank Liker, and John (in infancy). Anthony was born in Joliet and was a life long area resident. He retired from G.A. F. Corp. after over 30 years of service. Anthony was a veteran of World War II. He was an avid gardener, and loved his family.
