Anthony F. Kayfish

Anthony F. Kayfish, 88, of Joliet, passed away April 8, 2011 after a lingering illness. Beloved husband for 62 years of Mary nee Gryfinski; loving father of Antonette Lund of Charlotte, NC; Sharon (Jim) Sullivan of Woodstock, GA; Anthony Joseph ""Joe"" (Lori) of Oxford, MI and Diane (Scott) McMillan of Sherrard, IL; dear grandfather of Brandon Lund, Amber (David) Gaffney, Ryan Sowala, Elizabeth, Alex, and Robert Kayfish, Allison Wilson , Jonathan and Grace McMillan; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Anthony was the oldest and last survivor of his many siblings. He was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Army. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joliet Area Community Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431. A Celebration of Anthony"s Life will begin on Friday, April 15, at 11am at Tezak"s Home to Celebrate Life. Interment St. Mary Nativity Cemetery, Crest Hill. According to Anthony"s wishes, cremation rights were accorded.
