Age 97, at rest on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Provena Villa Franciscan.
Survived by her sister-in-law, Nellie ""Pat"" Klancher; nieces, Shirley (Raymond) Munday, Patricia (Thomas) Janes, Carol (Jim) Witty, Judy (William) Naal, Linda (John) Groesch; nephew, James Klancher; also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Meader; parents, Frank J. and Theresa Rose (nee Sterle) Klancher; two brothers, Frank (Josephine) and Rudolph Klancher; five sisters, Mary and Dorothy Klancher, Rose Pekola, Bernice Pierson, and Genevieve Roach.
Longtime parishioner of St. Joseph Church. Ann was known for her baking, especially her pies and poticas. Many special friends remember her as ""Their Angel"".
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ann's name to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
The Family of Ann Meader invites family and friends to join them for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at St. Joseph Church in Joliet at 11:00 AM. The Family will receive relatives and friends starting at 10:00 AM in Church. Entombment will be at Elmhurst Cemetery.
