Angeline F. (Crespi) Principali

Angeline F. Principali, age 89, entered eternal life on Monday, April 2, 2018 with her loving family by her side.

Angeline is survived by her beloved children, Thomas D. Principali, Mary Ann (James) O’Brien, Jean (Edward) Dyer and Robert (Karen) Principali; grandchildren, Joseph (Amy) O’Brien, Colleen (Brandon) Blackshear, Jimmy O’Brien, Kathy (David) Danaher, Emily (Ryan) Forberg and Allie (Frankie) Savaglio; great-grandchildren, Jack, Harrison, Dominic, Connor, Josephine, Ryan and Anthony; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her loving husband, Dominic Principali; parents, Charles and Josephine Crespi and brother, Henry Crespi.

Angeline was a lifelong resident of Joliet, IL. She and her husband, Dominic, met in the late 1940’s at a church social. Angeline was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Growing up she was the best cook and will be leaving behind a wonderful Italian legacy. Angeline enjoyed baking and the company of her dear lifelong friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of Angeline’s life will begin on Saturday, April 7, 2018 with a visitation at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (18 Woodlawn Ave. Joliet, IL) from 10:00 a.m. until the time for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet.

There will be no services held at the funeral home.
