Survived by her children Kathryn (Jack Steidl) Kaluzny, Elizabeth (late Joseph) Marrone, Judith Kaluzny and David (Dorothy) Kaluzny; 28 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Preceded in death by her husband Joseph Kaluzny; children Joseph, Mark and Paul; parents John and Gertrude (nee Cimperman) Milavec; six brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Paul the Apostle Church in Annette"s name would be appreciated.
Tezak"s Home to Celebrate Life
From where services will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at 9:30 AM to St. Paul the Apostle Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be on Monday from 3-7 PM.
