Andres Patino, age 57, of Joliet, died January 12, 2011 at his late residence with his loving family by his side, following a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Dora (nee Vasquez), his daughters, Magdalena Patino, Belinda Sanchez, and Connie (Fernando) Vasquez; his sons, Efrain Sanchez, Bobby Davila, Domingo Davila. His grandchildren, Vanessa Ramos, Jose Andres Ramos, Julian Stamps, Christopher Stamps, and Bianca Stamps, as well as 23 other grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sisters and brothers, Quiteria Patino, Maria Patino, Quadaulpe Patino, Rufina Patino, Rosa Patino, Luis Patino and Mateo Patino, all of Mexico. Andres is also survived by his nephew, Eduardo Reyes, whom he thought of as a son.
He was preceded by two sons, Andres Jose Patino (1984) and Eddie Davila (2002), his mother, Magdalena Martinez and father, J. Guadalupe Patino, his father-in-law, Lazaro ( Esther) Vasquez, Sr., and his brother-in-law Lazaro ( Maria) Vasquez, Jr.
Andres was a long-time member of Our lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.
A Celebration of Andres"s Life will begin with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Saturday, January 15, then in procession to Mt. Carmel Church on Jackson Street for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 2 ""A�?? 9 PM at:
